Health and Safety points to consider when making my piece;

 

- When hammering the nails into the frame to keep the peices hung up I covered the pins at the back with tape so nobody would catch themselves on them

 

- Take caution when using the hammer

 

- I caught my finger a few times with the needle when sewing so I must take more care or use a thimble when doing this

 

- When screen printing I need to wear an apron so that I don't get my clothes stained

 

- When using spray mount for the backgrounds of the frames I need to do this outside so that I am not breathing in too much

 

- When I was working on framing my baby grows I made sure that the glass was well out the way
